Lauren began competitively dancing at the age of 4. She is trained in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Contemporary. She is also PBT certified. She has been awarded multiple overall high-point, judges choice, and choreography awards at various competitions. Through her love for teaching dance, she continues to help dancers tap into their true potential and express their love for dance.
